Season 1 Begins — PVP Seasonal Format

Season Duration: 21/05 - 31/08

A new competitive season begins in Ragnarok World. Season 1 introduces new seasonal sets, reward boxes, accessory upgrades, PVP balance changes, mercenary adjustments, corrections, and major skill updates.

Corrections, Adjustments and Additions

  • Fire Exion/Exian Skill has been added.
  • Help Section no longer displays NULL values.
  • Dominator Proof has been changed from 30 Days to Permanent, and now acts like a charm.
  • Previous Dominator Proof items have been removed from all players to prevent exploits.
  • Pandora Blessing Box: Dominator Proof charm quantity has been increased.
  • 1st Anniversary Set Bonus has been added.
  • Several Ragnarok Buff Books have been added.
  • New Weekly and FL Season 1 Sets have been added.
  • Janitor Advanced Quest requirement has been changed from Level 199 to Level 200.

Athena's Protection

  • Changed from Passive → Active Skill

Absolute Will

  • Added 15% Physical Damage Immunity

Mercenary Revamp: Odysseus (PVP)

Shield Bash

  • Stuns instead of freezes up to 2 enemies
  • Added -AP effect

Athena's Protection (Revamp)

  • Changed from Passive → Active Skill
  • Cooldown: 3 Turns
  • Duration: 2 Turns
  • Greatly restores HP and MP for all allies
  • Grants 50% immunity to all physical damage
  • Reduces Combo Count

Athena's Armor

  • Slightly increased reflected damage

Trojan Horse (Revamp)

  • Cooldown: 4 Turns
  • Duration: 2 Turns
  • Activates when HP is 35% or lower
  • Applies Stun, Freeze, and -AP to the enemy row up to the 2nd row

Heart of Troy

  • Slightly increased damage reduction for allies behind Odysseus

PVP Balancing

Ancient Dragon Necklace

  • Added mana recovery when hit

This change is intended to reduce situations where Instrument Main characters can instantly eliminate targets, especially ranged classes, through piercing damage when the target's mana reaches 0.

  • Ignore DEF & Additional Damage: 25% → 75%

  • Minimum ATK Power: 3% → 10%

Lv. 150 - Longshot

  • Back Row Damage: 15% → 35%

Cannon Main

Lv. 140 - Steady Bombardment

  • Damage per Enemy Combo Count: 10% → 25%

Lv. 160 - Boisterous Might

  • HP Range: 90–10% → 90–30%

Celestial Hunter

Lv. 140 - Piercing Strikes

  • Near Target Damage: 3% → 7%
  • Far Target Damage: 5% → 10%
